How does the 14-day free trial work?

After signup, you get access to the features in Enterprise Plan for 14 days. We don't require a credit card during the trial so that you can try OpsGenie obligation-free. Incoming Call feature will be available on demand. Contact us for details.

Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?

Yes, you can upgrade, downgrade anytime from the product. If you downgrade, you'll be billed for the current subscription period and after that billed for the new plan.

What are my payment options?

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Purchase orders and offline payment options are available for annual subscription plans. Contact us for details.

What happens when the trial ends?

Our OpsGenie support team will e-mail you before your trial expires. You can choose one of the paid plans and pay by credit card or contact our sales team if you wish to pay by invoice. Your trial account will become your permanent account, and all your configurations and data will remain intact.
If you decide not to start paying at the end of your 14-day trial, your account will be converted to the Lite plan, and features that are not available in Lite plan will be disabled.

How many users do I need?

Every person who is authorized to use OpsGenie through your account receives alert notifications or participates in schedules is a paid user.

What if I need extra resources?

Once you reach your monthly SMS/voice resource limits, we will send you an e-mail. You will be charged for the extra resource usages from that point, which are given above in the details section.

How am I charged for incoming call usage?

There is a 10$ monthly fee per allocated incoming call number, and the cost of calls are per minute, $0.10 for calls forwarded to US/Canada destinations and $0.35 for calls forwarded to international destinations.
Enterprise accounts include an incoming call number and 100 minutes of incoming calls to US/Canada destinations.

Are SMS & voice notifications really unlimited on Standard & Enterprise plan?

Yes. international SMS & voice notifications can be terribly expensive, particularly in some parts of the world. If OpsGenie determines that the usage is abnormal or unreasonable, we reserve the right to move the customer to a usage based plan. For any questions, please contact support.
