There are different user structures in OpsGenie: Responder Users, Stakeholder Users, and Observer Users.
Each user who needs to view, receive notifications, act on the alerts/incidents, and make configurations would need to have a Responder User license.
Stakeholder licences can be used for users who would just need to be notified for the ongoing incidents and follow their status.
Observer licences can be used for users who require to be notified manually for the events which do not necessarily need to be related to any IT incidents.
The pricing plans shown on the Pricing page is mainly for Responder Users. Please contact us if you are interested in getting Stakeholder and Observer licences.
For the plans which have limited resources, once you reach your monthly SMS/voice resource limits, we will send you an e-mail. You will be charged for the extra resource usages from that point, which are given above in the details section.
There is a 10$ monthly fee per allocated incoming call number, and the cost of calls are per minute, $0.10 for calls forwarded to US/Canada destinations and $0.35 for calls forwarded to international destinations.
