  • Using OpsGenie's enhanced bi-directional ConnectWise Manage integration, an alert can be created in OpsGenie automatically when a ticket is created in ConnectWise Manage, or vice-versa.

Heartbeats via Email

  • Heartbeats can now be pinged by sending built-in emails to OpsGenie.
  • While creating Heartbeats on OpsGenie, you will see the built-in email address configured according to your account and heartbeat name. Note that heartbeat name should be correctly formatted according to RFC 822 standards to use this feature.

Slack App Integration Enhancements

  • We now support Incident and Mass Notification specific messages and actions in our Slack App integration! 
  • With this enhancement, when an incident occurs, you can see it in your Slack channels indicated as “New Incident” and you can take incident specific actions from Slack channels using buttons.

  • Same is true for Mass Notifications! They are now indicated as “New Mass Notification” in your Slack channels and you can close these notifications directly in Slack.

Bidirectional PRTG Integration
