ConnectWise Manage integration, an alert can be created in OpsGenie automatically when a ticket is created in ConnectWise Manage, or vice-versa. Actions can be mapped between the systems so when they are taken in either system, OpsGenie will synchronize both systems to reflect the changes.

We now support Incident and Mass Notification specific messages and actions in our Slack App integration!
With this enhancement, when an incident occurs, you can see it in your Slack channels indicated as “
New Incident” and you can take incident specific actions from Slack channels using buttons.
Same is true for Mass Notifications! They are now indicated as “
