Outgoing Amazon SNS Integration

  • In addition to Incoming Amazon SNS Integration, OpsGenie now has an outgoing SNS integration, too!
  • Via this integration, you can publish to your own SNS topics if an alert is created in OpsGenie. Furthermore, you can publish to SNS topics whenever an alert action is executed on OpsGenie alerts. If an alert is created, acknowledged, closed etc., a message will be published to your Amazon SNS topics so that subscribers of that topic can be notified.

Enhanced HostedGraphite Integration

New Alerts Page!

Since introducing new version of the alerts page, we've received lots of valuable feedback from our customers, and we've come up with a fresh version, which we feel suits the product better. Our intention was to create a cleaner design and a better layout to help you handle your alerts in a more efficient way!

However, this is still a beta version, and we would love to hear your feedback about the changes! Any recommendations on improvements would be greatly appreciated!

JIRA Service Desk Integration Update

HipChat Add-On Updates

  • OpsGenie now supports the HipChat collapsed message style to avoid any possible noise in the room. To use the new message style, existing HipChat Add-On users need to update their integration by enabling the "use collapsed messages" option.
  • Unacknowledge action is now available in the HipChat sidebar.
  • Acknowledge, Unacknowledge and Close actions are now available in the sidebar list view to allow quick action execution.

  • Escalate to Next action is added as an option to alert voice notifications. If there is any ongoing escalation flow for an alert, Escalate to Next action will be available as an option. You can refer Voice Notifications for further information. 
  • Matches Regex condition operation is now available for input fields with List types for the conditions of integration actions, alert & notification policies, team routing rules and notification rules. If any element of the input field with List type matches the given regular expression, the condition will be satisfied.
