    OpsGenie is seeking a Technical Content Development Manager to help develop OpsGenie product related marketing strategies and communications that influence our prospective, new and existing client base. Solid writing and communication skills are a must. The position will report to the SVP, Marketing.

    The Technical Writer would work collaboratively with the engineering and product teams as we transform technical information into support documentation, white papers, blog posts, data-sheets, video scripting, etc. Candidates would create operating instructions, training material, how-to documents, white papers and update web pages. Technical writers must be able to understand complex technical information and communicate the information to people with diverse technical professional backgrounds.

Responsibilities:

  • Create technical product and marketing content: web content, success stories/case studies, data-sheets/brochures, white papers, blog posts, knowledge-base/education documentation, and other collateral
  • Collaborate and help define key messaging for product launches and campaigns
  • Collaborate with international engineers, (product) marketing, customer success and sales teams to create and enforce consistent and business-oriented messaging across multiple communication channels.
