Announcing the following integrations:

Kapacitor

  • Kapacitor is a native data processing engine in the TICK Stack. It can process both stream and batch data from InfluxDB.
  • When an event is created on Kapacitor, an alert is created in OpsGenie automatically through the integration.

  • Blue Matador is a proactive monitoring software, unlike other monitoring tools that leave you reacting to alerts, with the help of proactive alerts, warnings, and anomalies.
  • When an alert or warning is created in Blue Matador, an alert is created in OpsGenie automatically through the integration.

Instana

  • Instana is the Application Performance Management solution for modern dynamic applications, using automation and AI to manage their service quality.
  • When an alert is created in Instana, an alert is created in OpsGenie automatically through the integration.

  • Zapier is an online automation tool that connects your favorite apps, such as Gmail, Slack, OpsGenie, and over 1,000 more.
  • When a trigger is activated in Zapier, an alert is created in OpsGenie automatically through the integration.

BigPanda

  • BigPanda is an “Autonomous Digital Operations Platform” that intelligently automates IT incidents. The value proposition is to use machine learning to analyze and consolidate a high volume of alerts before the IT Ops personnel respond, allowing the team to handle more incidents and respond more quickly.
  • When an incident is fired by BigPanda, an alert is created in OpsGenie automatically through the integration. When an incident is resolved in BigPanda, the alert is closed in OpsGenie.

ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus

  • ManageEngine is a help desk and asset management software that provides help desk agents and IT managers an integrated console to monitor and maintain the assets and IT requests generated from the users of the IT resources in an organization.
  • When a request captured in ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus, an alert is created in OpsGenie. When a request is edited with a closed status, the same alert is closed in OpsGenie.
