It's official and you're the first to know – Opsgenie is the newest member of the Atlassian family! But we're excited to bring you even more – a fresh new logo, new plans, and much lower pricing.

Our New Look

Starting today, you’ll see the new Opsgenie logo on our website and in the product. We’ve embraced Atlassian’s trademark color and style, while staying true to a human-like shape that honors first-line incident responders. Keen eyes will also notice a lowercase “g” in the way we spell our name. If you're attending AWS re:Invent in November, be sure to swing by our booth to say hello, learn more about our plans, and snap up a fresh new Opsgenie t-shirt (on us)!

And since good news comes in pairs, we’re thrilled to introduce bold new Opsgenie plans and pricing. We are lowering the list price of our annual plans by ~35%, offering volume pricing, and are providing a FREE plan for 1 - 5 users.

These new plans provide unparalleled value at very low prices. Whether you're a young startup or a large global enterprise, our new plans enable you to economically scale alerting and on-call management across your entire organization. Here are the details:

  • Free Plan: Perfect for small teams. It provides on-call scheduling and alerting, powered by Opsgenie’s flexible rules engine.
  • Essentials Plan: Optimized for simplicity, and provides everything you need to manage on-call schedules and escalations.
  • Standard Plan: Provides flexibility through alert customization and enrichment, SSO, custom actions and seamless integration with on-prem systems. With features like incoming call routing, heartbeats, and advanced analytics, Opsgenie stands out from any other solution on the market.
  • Enterprise Plan: Gives you the horsepower you need to collaborate during major incidents, communicate effectively throughout your organization, and gain continuous insight on improving your response posture. With our Enterprise plan, you can map Dev and Ops alerts to the business services they impact, use native video conferencing to create a virtual war room and keep unlimited stakeholders up to date with changes in service status.
