Enhanced OpsGenie & Zendesk Integration (Video)

We’ve recently enhanced our powerful, bi-directional integration with Zendesk to support both incidents and alerts. If your organization is aligned with ITIL or similar frameworks, or plans to move toward a more service-oriented incident management process, our Zendesk integration is ready to support that.

A closer synchronization of OpsGenie and Zendesk actions between incidents and alerts enables a seamless management of issues without manual intervention.


With the new enhancements the following flows are possible:
  •  From a Zendesk Ticket, create an OpsGenie Alert and synchronize both systems to reflect the changes made in any of these systems.
  • From a Zendesk Ticket, create an OpsGenie Incident and synchronize both systems to reflect the changes made in any of these systems.
  • From an OpsGenie Alert, create a Zendesk Ticket and synchronize both systems to reflect the changes made in any of these systems.
  • From an OpsGenie Incident, create a Zendesk Ticket and synchronize both systems to reflect the changes made in any of these systems.
