We first released the Incident Command Center in January, complete with a built-in video conference, an activity stream updated in real-time, and a status update window. After an incident is over, War Room Collaboration and Post Incident Analysis reports are available with key metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of incident response.
In addition to these key features we’ve recently made some enhancements that further empower service-oriented organizations to streamline their incident management processes. Among an improved user experience, enhancements include: built-in chat, an all new milestone tab, and more space to view the responder alerts and stakeholder updates. See below for more information.
Built-in chat-now in addition to video and audio conferencing with other responders, you also have the ability to chat directly from the war room for even more options for communication.
Milestone Feature- We’ve added this new milestone feature that allows you to add key information and breakthroughs during the incident, this way when someone joins the war room they can see a quick status right away.
Stakeholder updates and responder alerts can now be viewed in a larger portion of the screen, so they’re easier to read and keep track of.
