Announcement: Opsgenie is Now Live in Atlassian's Community!


 We have exciting news! Now, just like every other Atlassian product Opsgenie now has a collection in the Atlassian Community. We've been working as a team to create a meaningful Opsgenie space in Atlassian's Community. The Community is a rich online resource that gathers users, customers, Technical Support, Product Managers, Product Marketers, and more. It's an online space where we can all interact together, talk about modern incident management, ask questions, and share best practices. Opsgenie and Atlassian have always shared a customer-focussed approach— it’s great to be able to offer a rich, online resource to all of our customers (current and future).

You may be familiar with Opsgenie's original community, where we were lucky enough to have many of you as contributors. As of now that community will be available as read-only for a limited time. But joining the new community is easy!

Here’s what you need to know:

  • The new community is available now. You don't need a login to view the content, only to post questions and start discussions.
  • If you had a login for the original community, it will no longer work. Logins are completely free and very easy to set up. Create your log in here.
  • The original community is currently read-only and will eventually redirect to our new, shiny space on
  • All questions that you have should be posted here.

Get involved by creating a login and posting your thoughts and questions. Once logged in, simply click “Ask the Community” from the top menu bar. You can then ask a question or start a discussion. See below:
